Sunday ride information/guidelines.

 

1. Sunday rides are held on the weekend following MGCOQ meetings.

2. Unless otherwise advised at a meeting or via the internet rides will depart from;

        If heading North - The BP service station at 850 Waterworks Rd, The Gap.

        If heading South - The BP Yatala (Just off the M1 Motorway)

 

3. Rides will start from departure point at 6.30am in summer. 7.00am in winter.

4. Breakfast will take place enroute or at destination within 60-90 minutes of departure time at a place to be nominated.

5. All riders are responsible for themselves and may elect to deviate from the course after notifying the leader.

6. Riders are to ride at their own pace and within their individual comfort zones. Safety is paramount.

7. The group will wait at intersections or turning points until all have turned up before proceeding.

8. Intention is for riders to be home by lunchtime. Early start, early finish. Still time to mow lawns etc.

10. The destination is subject to change at any time. Destination to be confirmed at start of ride.

11. A small charge to cover MQ liability insurance will be levied and participants names listed.

12. Rides will be cancelled at departure point on the day if conditions are not deemed safe or generally suitable.
